• In an imagined conversation with ChatGPT, Johan Ludvig Runeberg reflects that if he were to write Vårt Land today - in this age of global unrest and fading faith in our shared humanity - he would place at its core the value of brotherhood among peoples:

Above the mountains a song resounds,
    the waters carry its voice.
The heart asks only for justice,
    equal worth for everyone.

    Together the peoples rise,
    peace guiding their way.
Hope binds us all as one,
    and love makes us brothers.

These words now illuminate the Porvoo Water Tower.
Six LED boards translate the poem into light - a medium of urgency and immediacy, of messages that demand to be seen here and now. Each fragment appears in shifting sequences, revealing the poem as both signal and pulse: an ever-renewed transmission of hope, justice, and shared humanity.
